Rent… NOT the Broadway Musical
Summer is coming, and with it comes the impending departure of my landlady Ondina. She will be spending 3 months in Portugal, and that gives me run of the whole 3-story house that I live in. I only rent the top floor normally, but come July I’ll have a lot more room to stretch out in. Even if it is quite badly decorated. So anyway, I am presently searching for someone to rent out my second bedroom, and thereby subsidize my rent. So far I am leaning towards someone I at least know, but I have interviewed two strangers as well. One was creepy, but one was relatively OK. But how odd is that to have a stranger sharing yer kitchen bathroom and balcony. Hmmm… but I do so need the $$$$$.
